Chats
Chats per month: The number of question-answer conversations you're allowed per month.
Documents
Up to X documents per version: Maximum number of documents per version.
Max document size X MB: Each document can be up to X MB (pdf/docx).
Document versions: Number of separate document sets. Each version allows up to X documents.
Docs refresh every X days: Re-uploading documents will be available in X days.
Collaboration
Team members: Number of users you can add to help manage chatbots. A user can belong to only one team at a time.
After a user is added to a team, new chatbots created by that user become available to the team. Chatbots created earlier remain personal and are not visible to the team.
Customization
Personalized setup: Only the documents you upload are used to train and configure your chatbot.
Visual customization: Adjust title, messages, button, and colors, and font size.
Allowed domains: Restrict chatbot usage to specific domains. Leave empty to allow usage from any domain.
Branding: Depending on your plan, the service's branding might be shown.
Trial
X trial days: Try the features included in your plan for X days free.
Trial is granted only once and applies to all current and future chatbots.
Subscription
The team's subscription belongs to the subscription administrator. If the team owner has a subscription, the owner is the administrator. Otherwise, the member with the most recent active subscription becomes the administrator.
The plan of the subscription administrator is displayed.
