- you assume full responsibility for the content;
- you will not upload personal data of third parties without their explicit consent;
- you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable.
You are solely responsible for ensuring uploaded content complies with applicable privacy and copyright laws.
The service is not liable for personal or confidential data uploaded in violation of these terms.
Uploaded documents are stored only for the limited time required for processing or temporary service operation, after which they are automatically deleted.
3. Payments
Payments are processed via Stripe.
We do not store any card information or details.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation prevents future renewals and your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable.
All prices, discounts, and pro-rated amounts are rounded.
The exact amount charged may differ from the displayed price due to rounding or applicable taxes.
4. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of availability or accuracy.
We are not liable for losses resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss.
While we implement technical and organizational safeguards, we cannot guarantee absolute security and we are not liable for user violations of GDPR or unauthorized uploads of third-party personal data.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- upload personal data of third parties;
- abuse system resources;
- attempt unauthorized access;
- use the service for illegal purposes;
- use the service to create, upload, or distribute harmful or malicious content.
